Class Schedule
Class Equipment and Requirements
Advanced students must bring all uniforms, sticks, sparring gear/safety gear and equipment needed to every class, if you
do not bring all sparring gear(including mouth guard) you cannot spar.
Kids- a COMPLETE uniform for the class, belt, top and pants. Girls wear a T-shirt or rash guard under their top. Also
bring some type of shoes for the climbing wall, they must be new and used only for the climbing wall (we recommend
aqua socks or some kind of slip ons).
Students taking Grappling (separately or in addition to Blue Dragon or Lil'Dragon) class must have a mouth guard and
boys should have a cup. Attire may be board shorts, fight shorts, tights, or Gi pants with a tight shirt or rash guard. No
zippers, buttons or loose clothes.

It is highly recommended that students attend at least 2 classes per week. If they can only attend once a week, they will only be testing at every other test date. |
